Platform apartments is proud to offer 8 Committed Affordable Housing apartments under the 60% Area Median Income (AMI) program. The program aims to increase affordable housing opportunities in Alexandria and ensure that homes remain affordable over time.
Income-restricted affordable housing refers to apartments where rents are limited based on a resident's income, ensuring affordability for low and moderate-income households.
If you are interested in the Committed Affordable Housing program you must complete our contact form to start the process. Our leasing team will be able to answer any questions about availability, eligibility, and program guidelines. You will fill out an application and our leasing team will verify income and credit history and determine your eligibility to rent an available Committed Affordable Housing apartment.
