These apartments comes in three color schemes, each of which is committed to modern style and thoughtful design details.

• The “Old Town” finish includes Silestone quartz countertops, Atlas Oak woodgrain flooring, a white subway tile backsplash, and brown wood grain kitchen cabinets. This classic yet modern combo is inspired by the surrounding neighborhood.
• “Fayette” finish is bright and dreamy, with the same Silestone quartz countertops, woodgrain flooring, and white subway tile but with light gray woodgrain cabinets.
• “Del Ray” has a more high-contrast take, with dark stained wood grain to go with the quartz countertops, white subway tile backsplash, and oak woodgrain flooring.

All of our apartments are thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. They feature stainless kitchen appliances and fridges with French doors.

Tall, nearly floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible city views. Natural light floods in, helping with the winter blues. The windows are STC rated, which helps with noise mitigation for quiet living.

Small luxuries like under cabinet lighting, tile surrounds in the bath, and in-unit washer and dryers take your daily rituals to the next level.

Our apartments were built with health and safety in mind — all materials, paints, coatings, and floorings were chosen for their low VOC qualities. We also have options for all residents to choose COVID safety, including contact-less package pickup and payments.

Community Amenities

Platform Alexandria gives you space to spread out with a variety of community amenities to help you work hard and play hard.

We have a coworking space that residents can use for free with conference tables and comfortable yet stylish seating.

The second and third bedrooms in our C2 3-bedroom floor plan also have walk-in closets, so this luxury isn’t confined to the master. In our C1 layout, only the master and second bedroom have the walk-ins.

All our 3-bedroom apartments have roomy kitchens with lots of cabinet space and a built-in kitchen island. This island is perfect for extra prep and cooking space. We also love how islands make the kitchen a gathering place — picture having enough room to circle your loved ones to make pie together or share a glass of wine.

Balcony

Our C1 3-bedroom has a balcony (or patio for first-floor units). Some units have beautiful balcony views, and all unit enjoy having a private space to sit back and enjoy the weather. Balconies are big enough for a couple chairs and a table.
